False video claims Hollywood stars have been paid by USAID to go to Ukraine

A video claiming that USAID, the US authorities’s fundamental abroad support company, has paid Hollywood celebrities thousands and thousands of {dollars} to go to Ukraine has gone viral on social media and has been amplified by high-profile accounts like Elon Musk.

Nonetheless, the clip is just not actual and has hallmarks of a Russian disinformation operation that the RAYNAE has beforehand investigated.
