Owen Glass, a 10-year-old from the distant island of Tristan da Cunha, is believed to be the youngest to provide an official speech within the Home of Commons.

The schoolboy spoke on the UK Youth Parliament’s annual debate within the Home of Commons on Friday, telling Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) about the advantages and challenges of dwelling in a distant neighborhood and his hopes of changing into an engineer.
